ObadYahuw [See also YirmeYahuw 49]

1:1 The vision of ObadYahuw. This is what the Sovereign  YaHuWaH  says about Edom [Esaw]. We have heard news from YaHuWaH, and an ambassador is sent among the nations, saying, “Arise, and let’s rise up against her in battle. 1:2 Behold, I will make you small among the nations [Zionist Israel ?]. You shall be greatly despised. 1:3 The pride of your heart has deceived you, you who dwell in the clefts of the rock, whose habitation is high, who says in his heart, ‘Who will bring me down to the ground?’  1:4-5 Though you mount on high as the eagle, and though your nest is set among the stars, I will bring you down from there,” says YaHuWaH .  “If thieves came to you, if robbers by night—O, what disaster awaits you—wouldn’t they only steal until they had enough? If grape pickers came to you, wouldn’t they leave some gleaning grapes? 1:6 How Esaw will be ransacked! How his hidden treasures are sought out! 1:7 All your allies shall send you forth to the border, your friends shall shall deceive you and overpower you. Friends who eat your bread lay a snare under you, without you discerning it!

1:8 “Won’t I in that Day,” says YaHuWaH, “destroy the wise men out of Edom, and understanding out of the mountain of Esaw? 1:9 Your mighty men, Teyman, will be dismayed, to the end that everyone may be cut off from the mountain of Esaw by slaughter. 1:10 For the violence done to your brother Ya'aqob, shame will cover you, and you will be cut off forever. 1:11 In the day that you stood on the other side, in the day that strangers carried away his substance, and foreigners entered into his gates, and cast lots for Yahrushalom, even you were like one of them. 1:12 But don’t look down on your brother in the day of his disaster, and don’t rejoice over the children of Yahuwdah in the Day of their destruction. Don’t speak proudly in the Day of distress (tribulation). 1:13 Don’t enter into the gate of My people in the day of their calamity. Don’t look down on their affliction in the day of their calamity, neither seize their wealth on the day of their calamity. 1:14 Don’t stand in the crossroads to cut off those of his who escape. Don’t deliver up those of his who remain in the day of distress (tribulation). 1:15 For the Day of YaHuWaH is near all the nations! As you have done, it will be done to you. Your deeds will return upon your own head. 1:16 For as you have drunk on My set-apart mountain, so will all the nations drink continually. Yes, they will drink, swallow down, and will be as though they had not been.  So will all the nations drink continually. Yes, they will drink, swallow down, and will be as though they had not been.

[YirmeYahuw. 25:15 For thus says YaHuWaH, the Aluahiym of Ysra'al, to me: take this cup of the wine of wrath at My hand, and cause all the nations, to whom I send you, to drink it. 25:16 They shall drink, and reel back and forth, and be mad, because of the sword that I will send among them. ....  and all the kingdoms of the world, which are on the surface of the earth: and the king of Sheshach (Babylon/USA) shall drink after them. 25:27 You shall tell them, Thus says  YaHuWaH  Master of Armies, the Aluahiym of Ysra'al: Drink, and be drunk, vomit, fall, and rise no more, because of the sword which I will send among you. 25:28 It shall be, if they refuse to take the cup at your hand to drink, then you shall tell them, Thus says YaHuWaH Master of Armies: You shall surely drink. ]

1:17 But in Mount Tsiyown, there shall be an escape, and they shall be set-apart. The House of Ya'aqob will possess their possessions.

Yahuw'El 2:32 It will happen that whosoever shall call on the Name of YaHuWaH shall be delivered (saved);  for in Mount Tsiyown and in Yarushalom there shall be those who escape [are delivered], as YaHuWaH  has said, and in the remnant, those whom YaHuWaH shall call. … YashaYahuw 4:2-4  In That Day, YaHuWaH’s Branch shall be beautiful and magnificent, and the fruit of the Land shall be majestic and splendid for the surviving remnant of Ysra'al. It shall happen, that he who is left in Tsiyown, and he who remains in Yahrushalom, shall be called Set-apart (Qodesh), that is, all those written/enrolled among the living in Yahrushalom; when YaHuWaH shall have washed away the excrement of the daughters of Tsiyown, and shall have purged the blood of Yahrushalom from its midst, by the Ruwach of justice [right ruling], and by the Ruwach of burning.

1:18 The House of Ya'aqob will be a fire, the House of Yowseph a flame, and the House of Esaw for stubble. They will burn among them, and devour them. There will not be any remaining to the House of Esaw.” Indeed, YaHuWaH  has spoken.

1:19 Those of the South will possess the mountain of Esaw, and those of the lowland, the Pelesheth. They will possess the field of Ephrayim, and the field of Shomerown. Binyamin will possess Gil'ad. 1:20 The captives of this army of the children of Ysra'al, who are among the Kena'aniy, will possess even to Tsarephath; and the captives of Yahrushalom, who are in Sepharad, will possess the cities of the South. 1:21 Then liberators shall come to  Mount Tsiyown to judge the mountains of Esaw, and the kingdom shall be YaHuWaH’s.
